The Poker Academy Support page just got a whole lot more useful. Please make a note: our preferred method of contact for help will be through this support page.
Primarily, this will allow our users to find answers to their most common questions easily and quickly. It will also allow the support question to be quickly channeled to the right person. Lastly, this will allow us to grow our FAQ as questions grow. So if it is a problem that has been asked before, you will have the chance to see the answer immediately, instead of waiting for a response. Outside of this change, our support remains committed to helping our customers get what they need.
The news section has also been replaced. The look is a little more pleasant on the eyes, and it allows for us to add much more content for each story. There were also a few back-dated stories added, so make sure to check them out.
Some, but not all, of our previous articles have been brought over to this new articles section. In the future, we intend to use this location to address significant updates and changes to the software website. As before, you can submit to our RSS feed to keep up to date.
