Cold Call Filter

Filter games for when a player 'cold called' at various stages of the game.
A cold call is defined as when a player makes a call when faced with both a bet and a raise with no other opponent callers in between the bet and raise and their call. You can multi-select various stages looking for a cold call on any of the selected stages.

Example: B5 bets $10. B4 Raises $20. Hero Calls.
