Importing Ultimate Bet hand histories into Prospector.

Ultimate Bet does not automatically save hand histories to disk. In order to save hand histories to disk, a seperate program, Ultimate History, written by Kevin Ross is needed.

Download Ultimate history. This program does not need to be installed to run. Save it to disk and run it.

Using Ultimate History to get hand histories

When you first start Ultimate History, you will need to set the preferences to save to a specified directory.
Go to File and select preferences.




Create a directory in My Documents to save your hand histories.




After the directory is created, start the hand history logger.
Select File -- Start.




This will put Ultimate History into a waiting mode. You will need to bring up the hand history window in ultiamte bet.
It is located on the bottom right.




Once the hand history window has been brought up, Ultimate history will automatically start saving the hands that are in the hand history window.
These hands will save into the directory you have specified.

Importing captured hands into Prospector

To import the hands into prospector, select import folder from the import tab. In the Open Folder dialog select the hand history folder you created.
Click Ok.
This will add the folder to the always scan directory for Prospector.
You only need to do this once, as long as you save to the same directory everytime.
Prospector will scan the directory for changes any time it updates.
